a little about me
my story
I’m a first generation Korean-American, Canadian-born, Jersey girl at heart, art school drop-out, and now proud therapist, partner, daughter, sister, friend, dog mom, and plant mama—living my God-given purpose and practicing one of my greatest joys in life, which is guiding others on the exhilarating and sometimes fearful journey of growth and change.
it takes a lot of courage to ask for help
I know because I also faced some of my darkest days too. I felt lost and stuck. My healing journey started when I decided to try therapy for the first time. With the help of a caring professional, I learned that what blocks our joy and happiness is when the story that we are telling ourselves of who we are doesn’t line up with our deeper sense of what is true.
I found hope and healing when I reframed my story, changed the narrative of my life, and uncovered my true self.
the exciting and hopeful message
is that we ALWAYS have the power and ability to change our thinking, perceptions, and reactions to life situations!
Underneath the pain is an opportunity to make new decisions to choose differently for ourselves.
