Do you ever ask yourself, “How did I get here?” I am an Attachment-based therapist, which means I help you explore connections between your childhood and adult experiences and relationships– how your past may have influenced your present.

If you need a safe and compassionate space to share and reframe your story, I welcome you to fully discover your needs and explore what may be blocking you from getting these met in a healthy way. I’m here to help you rebuild trust with yourself and with others, and to provide you with the skills to improve your overall life.

 I’m here to give love, compassion, understanding, perspective, and unconditional acceptance of you as a divine being.

I use an interdisciplinary, holistic, and collaborative approach to mind-body-soul wellness based on neuroscience, attachment theory, and family systems, and I encourage the use of self-reflection through expressive arts, writing, reading, mindfulness, and experiential activities.

Family and relationship conflict is common and normal, whether it be communication issues, unhealthy dynamics, or unresolved hurts. The hopeful message is that we always have the power and ability to change and choose differently for ourselves. I believe in collective healing; when we heal ourselves we help heal others too.
